Parsons is pleased to announce that the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Aerial Guideway recently received the 2018 Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Design Award in the transportation category for non-highway bridges. Parsons was the lead designer for the design-build expansion project to connect the Dulles International Airport to the city center, filling a major gap in the local transportation network. The project includes 6 track miles of aerial guideway that extend through the airport over wetlands.
