On successful submission, the website will provide a report number for the incident collection form (ICF) submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provide the following details to your Parsons Subcontract Administrator or Program Manager contact in a secure manner as soon as practicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PO Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DoD Incident Collection Form #<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date &amp; Time incident reported first to DIBNet-U<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date &amp; Time Incident discovered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of Compromise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of
