In this role, he will focus on identifying investment opportunities, strategic partnering, and bid management.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Grewal has more than 17 years of experience in the project finance market, including P3s, and he has advised private and public sector clients on high-profile large-scale transactions valued in excess of CAD $15 billion. Prior to joining Parsons, he was the Co-Head of Infrastructure Finance for a global specialist banking group, and he served as a founding member to the bank\u2019s Canadian operations, which focused on power and infrastructure finance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIncreasingly, provincial and state governments are using public-private partnerships to build and replace critical infrastructure,\u201d said Dean Harwood, Executive Vice President, Operations. \u201cAmardeep\u2019s expertise in project finance and P3s will help Parsons\u2019 customers develop and implement these projects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Grewal is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a chartered accountant (CA) in Ontario, Canada, and has a bachelor\u2019s degree in commerce, finance, and economics from the University of Toronto.
