The scalable processing application is simultaneously accessible by hundreds of users across many organizations, allowing contractors and the MTO to coordinate roadwork in real time.<\/p>\n<p>The Ingenious Awards celebrate the use of technology to improve the performance of large and small businesses, large and small government operations, and not\u2011for\u2011profit organizations. Judging is based on clear demonstrations of measurable achievement and innovation related to the use of information and communications technology to address opportunities and
