Prior to joining Parsons, Stuart held CIO and leadership roles at Griffols\/Biotest, Platform Specialty Products, Covanta Energy, and Johnson & Johnson. For his transformational work, Stuart has received numerous prestigious industry recognitions including Top 100 CIO\u2019s in STEM, Computerworld\u2019s Premier IT Leader Award, and CIO.com Top 100. Stuart holds multiple patents in data mining, analytics, and Business Intelligence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric Feldman<\/strong> is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Ethics and Compliance Programs for Affiliated Monitors, Inc. (AMI), where he serves as the lead Independent Monitor on matters involving federal suspension and debarment actions, federal regulatory court orders, and deferred or non-prosecution agreements with the Department of Justice. In addition to monitoring companies large and small in government contracting, construction, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, and non-profit sectors, Eric conducts proactive assessments of corporate ethics and compliance programs and ethical culture in countries around the world. He joined AMI after retiring from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2011, following a distinguished 32-year career serving in different executive positions within the federal government, including several different Inspector General positions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kim Urbanchuk<\/strong> is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Counsel, responsible for overseeing the company\u2019s ethics and compliance program and ensuring that Parsons is in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, as well as internal policies and procedure. Kim is an expert in ethics, compliance, procurement, government contracts, oversight, investigations, governance, legislation, due diligence, anti-corruption, and other administrative law. In her 15 years of experience, she has worked with Airbus, the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Transportation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mike Cesta<\/strong> is our Chief Technology Officer, has over 25 years of experience supporting global enterprise technology, engineering, operations, and development activities.\u202fHe\u2019s been with Parsons for the last 10 years in various positions, and he\u2019s been in the CTO position since 2016.\u202fIn his current role, Mike is working hard to execute the company\u2019s cloud strategy while keeping Parsons compliant and innovative at the same time. Prior to joining Parsons Mike worked for Perot Systems supporting its customers in various infrastructure program capacities, and before he joined the private sector, Mike served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
