In this role, Mr. Radeloff will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused strategies and providing leadership to further grow and develop the Texas market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDean\u2019s successful track record with large, complex projects complements our project portfolio and will ultimately help Parsons deliver innovative project solutions in Texas,\u201d said Mike Johnson, Parsons Group President. \u201cHe brings a unique blend of expertise, and we are proud to have him as part of our team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Radeloff is a seasoned professional with more than 26 years of experience in developing and delivering complex residential, commercial, industrial, and transportation infrastructure projects. He has developed and\/or delivered more than $3 billion worth of projects under a variety of delivery models, including public-private partnerships, design-build, traditional design-bid-build, construction management at-risk, and others. Mr. Radeloff\u2019s experience includes projects with the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the Texas Department of Transportation, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Radeloff is involved with numerous professional organizations and community activities. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and served on the Alternative Delivery Committee for the Texas Association of General Contractors. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in marine affairs\/business administration from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, and a bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering from Florida International University (FIU). He also holds a master\u2019s degree in environmental engineering from FIU.
