The project consists of 37.8 miles of divided 2-lane controlled-access toll road that intersects 19 major roads and includes 4 major interchanges, 120 bridges, one river crossing, 1.8\u00a0million yards<sup>2<\/sup> of concrete paving, frontage roads and associated drainage, and utility infrastructure. The overall Grand Parkway, when fully complete, will be a 180-mile highway that crosses seven counties in the greater Houston area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Honoring
