Representing more than CAD $46.5\u00a0billion, and spanning five provinces and one territory, these 19 projects encompass railway, light rail transit, bus rapid transit, subway, highway, bridge, port, water, and environmental remediation projects.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCanada is making historic investments in infrastructure to enhance communities for the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century, and Parsons is bringing its skills and expertise to these important projects,\u201d said Mike Johnson, Parsons Group President. \u201cIt takes innovation and smart solutions to efficiently design, build, and deliver the caliber of infrastructure needed in the country. That\u2019s the value Parsons brings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Giant Mine Remediation and Capital Region District Wastewater Treatment projects, Parsons is involved in ten transit and seven transportation sector projects of <em>ReNew Canada<\/em>\u2019s reported top projects for 2018. These include work on the CAD $9.1\u00a0billion Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit project and the CAD $5\u00a0billion Southwest Calgary Ring Road\u2014both ranked in the top 10 of the largest projects in Canada.<\/p>\n<p>At CAD $199\u00a0billion,<em> ReNew Canada<\/em>\u2019s <em>2018 Top 100 Infrastructure Projects<\/em> list shows more than a CAD $12.6\u00a0billion increase in project values from 2017\u2019s CAD $186.4\u00a0billion. Ontario leads the overall number of projects on the list and has the highest value of investment with 39 projects totaling CAD $79.5\u00a0billion.
