One of 10 new members appointed at the CPIP Annual Fall Meeting, Ms. McMorrow joins global infrastructure leaders from companies and universities focused on improving the delivery, maintenance, and operation of physical public infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRuth\u2019s expertise in infrastructure finance and policy will help CPIP develop effective solutions to infrastructure problems,\u201d stated Dean Harwood, Executive Vice President, Operations. \u201cHer experience will also prove valuable in helping to educate the next generation of infrastructure leaders and professionals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ms. McMorrow leads Parsons Enterprises, the corporation\u2019s entity focused on the development, delivery, financing, and management of essential infrastructure assets under public-private partnerships. Her 30 years of experience in infrastructure and public finance include senior management positions at global infrastructure banking institutions where she spearheaded global infrastructure expansion into the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific (Australia). She holds an undergraduate degree in political science from Montclair State College and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, with a concentration in state and local finance.<\/p>\n<p>CPIP was founded within Cornell University with the vision to become the world\u2019s leading academic center for infrastructure policy study, research, and education.
