In this role, she will be responsible for the execution and growth of Parsons\u2019 business related to the intelligence community.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Meins brings to this position more than 25 years of experience leading organizations focused on the intelligence, defense, and homeland security markets. Since joining Parsons in 2015, she has served as a Business Development Manager in the Defense &amp; Security Division and the National Security Division Vice President for Business Development. Previously, she held several executive positions in the industry, leading and growing profit-and-loss organizations for large and small businesses, all focused on national security missions. Ms. Meins has broad experience in strategic planning, program development, and business development, as well as technical expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, information assurance, decision support solutions engineering, and modeling and simulation..<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to have Marianne lead our Cyber Intelligence &amp; Operations group,\u201d stated Biff Lyons, Parsons Executive Vice President and Manager of the Federal Defense &amp; Security Division. \u201cHer industry leadership experience combined with her technical expertise give her the skills and vision needed to lead our growth in this area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Meins holds a master\u2019s degree in computer science from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and a bachelor\u2019s degree in applied mathematics\/scientific programming from the University of California, San Diego.
