This designation demonstrates Parsons\u2019 commitment to its core value of diversity, one of six core values that make up Parsons\u2019 corporate DNA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParsons places a high value on the importance of workplace diversity, and we are honored to have been recognized by <em>Woman Engineer<\/em>,\u201d stated Debra Fiori, Parsons Senior Vice President, Talent Management.<\/p>\n<p><em>Woman Engineer<\/em>\u2019s \u201cTop 50 Employers\u201d list is based on annual reader feedback. The magazine surveys readers\u2014at random\u2014via mail. In 2016, these readers selected Parsons, and other top companies, they would most like to work for or whom they believe would provide a positive working environment for women engineers.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in 1979, <em>Woman Engineer<\/em> is the most widely read recruitment magazine for women engineers in the United States.
