The Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) and the Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) are two separate entities that work together to manage and distribute water in the Las Vegas Valley.<\/strong> The SNWA is responsible for acquiring, treating, and delivering water to the LVVWD, which then manages a complex water distribution system that delivers water to more than 1.5 million people in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
